ATI supports EBSA with the end-to-end execution of on-site meter reading and billing—ensuring every scheduled customer receives reliable information, within the defined timelines, and under high quality standards.
Our teams capture the meter reading, generate and print the bill when the process allows, and ensure door-to-door delivery. When on-site delivery is not possible, the system logs the incident and manages follow-up delivery in accordance with the operator’s guidelines. The entire process is supported by WMbilling and ATI POP, enabling full traceability, evidence logging, GPS location, and real-time monitoring from both the field and the office.
